Crucible regularly deals with investigations by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and we are currently6 instructed in some of the largest scale national investigations.
We have been instructed in multiple SFO investigations relating to potential Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPAs). To date, there have been five prosecutions brought against individuals after their parent company had agreed to a DPAs. Crucible members have been instructed and acquitted in 2 of the 5 (Neil Hawes QC & Henry Grunwald QC). We are also instructed in multiple SFO investigations involving DPA’s.
