Charlie Austin-Groome's client acquitted of rape following a 4-day trial.

Following a four-day trial at Croydon Crown Court, a man accused of the rape of a child was acquitted. 

It was a case involving pre-recorded cross-examination of the complainant. Considerable efforts were made by the defence to obtain all relevant material from the complainant’s telephone. Further phone data was disclosed at a later stage. The trial proceeded and the jury returned a unanimous verdict in just over an hour of deliberation.
