Recruitment at Crucible.

Tenancy.

Crucible welcomes applications for tenancy from barristers who share our core practice areas, demonstrate high quality, client focussed service and reflect our values. We look for tenants who are friendly and approachable, yet tenacious in the representation of their clients. We take care in selecting our members, aiming to retain Crucible's collegiate and dynamic atmosphere.

Crucible is committed to diversifying the Bar and encourage applicants from historically under-represented backgrounds to apply for consideration. Please see our Equality and Diversity Policy for more information.

Applications for tenancy should be made by completing the online application form or by email to recruitment@crucible.law, enclosing a covering letter and CV. Crucible treats all applications with the strictest confidence.

We continually monitor the level of work in chambers and may from time to time advertise for fixed term tenants (sometimes referred to as "third six pupils") on our website.  Please visit our news page to see if we are actively seeking fixed term tenants.  We also advertise vacancies on the Bar Council’s website.

Crucible is committed to diversifying the Bar and encourage applicants from non-traditional backgrounds to apply for consideration. Please see our Equality and Diversity Policy for more information.
