Claire Robinson successfully represented a man accused of sexually assaulting his grandchild. The case involved pre-recorded cross-examination of the child and careful analysis of the accounts she had given to family members and the police.

Following a 4-day trial at Inner London Crown Court, the jury unanimously acquitted the defendant.
