Clea Topolski KC represents defendant acquitted of conspiracy to murder.

Clea Topolski KC, leading Nutan Fatania of 9 Bedford Row, represented a Defendant accused of hiring a hit man, the Co-Defendant, to kill his former partner and mother of his child. The Co-Defendant carried out an attack on the former partner where he stabbed her eight times.

Following a trial, Clea’s client was unanimously acquitted of conspiracy to murder. He was convicted by majority verdict of a lesser alternative offence and will be sentenced in due course.
