Clea Topolski KC secures acquittal for youth charged with murder and manslaughter.

After a four-month murder trial, Clea Topolski KC represented one of seven accused. The prosecution alleged that all seven teenage boys were guilty of a joint enterprise murder. On Wednesday 5th February an Old Bailey jury found Clea’s client not guilty of both murder and the lesser alternative of manslaughter.
