Clea Topolski's client acquitted of conspiracy to murder.

Clea Topolski was led by James Scobie KC in a three month trial at the Central Criminal Court.

The case concerned a gangland shooting in a nightclub and was originally indicted as a conspiracy to murder.

Following a successful submission of no case to answer just before Christmas, their client had a single remaining count of assisting an offender by taking the gunman away from the scene. Their client was unanimously acquitted of the remaining count last week. They were instructed by Pelin Mehmet of SVS solicitors.
