Clea Topolski's client acquitted of serious sexual offence.

Clea Topolski represented a man who has been acquitted at trial of a serious sexual offence against a young family member.

Mr W was accused of raping his 9 year old niece in the family home. The case involved sensitive cross-examination of the complainant as part of pre-recorded s28 cross-examination. Mr W was acquitted unanimously.
