Justin Yang's client unanimously acquitted of s18 GBH.

Justin successfully defended his client accused of assaulting his flatmate causing grievous bodily harm with intent. The client was alleged to have assaulted the complainant, which culminated in the complainant being headbutted and dropkicked down a flight of stairs. The injuries included a collapsed lung, which led to air and blood leaking into the chest cavity. Justin successfully deployed self-defence, wherein his client admitted the headbutt but not the dropkick.
