Laura Herbert successfully defends Article 8 extradition appeal.

Laura Herbert, instructed by CPS extradition unit on behalf of the Polish Judicial Authority successfully defended an appeal before Dove J, where the requested person had raised no issues to prevent extradition before the District Judge but now sought to argue his rights under Article 8 ECHR (Right to private and family life) would be breached, though his wife and children had returned to Poland before his arrest on the European Arrest Warrant.
