Martin Goudie QC and Laura Herbert start Emiliano Sala flight crash trial.

The trial of the David Henderson commenced at Cardiff Crown Court yesterday. He is charged with endangering an aircraft in the way he operated and organised flights in January 2019 for Emiliano Sala. Martin Goudie QC and Laura Herbert are instructed to prosecute the case by the Civil Aviation Authority.
