The High Court handed down judgment yesterday afternoon in the latest Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures (TPIMs) review hearings concerning alleged members of Al Muhajiroun (ALM).

Martin Goudie QC appeared as a Special Advocate appointed by the Attorney General to represent the interests of LF in the closed part of the review hearing and has appeared as a Special Advocate in a number of TPIM hearings concerning JM & LF from 2016 onwards.
