Crucible announces January 2021 Webinar Series.

We are very pleased to announced our first webinar series, commencing in January 2021. Every quarter, each of our main practice teams will host a webinar (or, we hope, in future happier days, seminars) on current legal topics, case updates and a bit of news from Chambers. The first seminars are:

• 21 January 2021 - 5pm - Serious Crime Team (The 2020 Sentencing Code) 
• 26 January 2021 - 5pm - Regulatory and Professional Discipline Team (Remote hearings; lockdown & beyond with a review of Dutta v GMC)
• 28 January 2021 - 5pm - Financial Crime Team (DPAs; the government's risk assessment on money laundering and terrorist financing; relevant Sentencing Code provisions)
