Crucible Counsel secure acquittals across the board.

Michael Lavers, Briony Molyneux, and Justin Yang, instructed by Krystle O'Donnell of EBR Attridge, represented three family members jointly charged with violent disorder. In addition, Michael’s client was charged with having an offensive weapon, and Briony’s client with causing grievous bodily harm with intent. This related to an incident where their clients were involved in a daytime street fight where one defendant was almost run over by a car, and the complainant was ultimately stabbed and disembowelled. Part of the incident was caught on a Ring door camera.

After an 8-day trial at Snaresbrook, the defence of self-defence was accepted by the jury. All three clients were acquitted of the above charges.
