Rosalia Myttas-Perris represented a doctor who faced numerous serious sexual misconduct allegations brought by the General Medical Council. The Medical Practitioners Tribunal found allegations of inappropriate conduct alleged to have been sexually motivated and amounting to unlawful sexual harassment, not proved.

Rosalia’s client was cleared of 17 allegations and consequently, no misconduct was found.
