David Henderson, who organised Emiliano Sala’s final flights, has been found guilty of endangering an aircraft contrary to Article 240 of the Air Navigation Order 2016 at Cardiff Crown Court. The trial was prosecuted by Martin Goudie QC and Laura Herbert instructed by Alison Slater at the Civil Aviation Authority.
