Rosalia represented a nurse at a Fraudulent/Incorrect Entry Hearing before the NMC Investigating Committee.

Despite the panel finding that the Registrant had a deliberate intention to mislead in order to revalidate and remain on the NMC register, Rosalia was able to persuade the panel to take no action, due to the exceptional set of circumstances in this case.

Rosalia was instructed by the Royal College of Nursing.
