Rosalia represented a man charged with witness intimidation. In the previous proceedings to which this charge related, the defendant was ultimately convicted of assault. Whilst awaiting trial, the defendant was accused of following the complainant on his motorbike, abusing him and attempting to enter his vehicle, all with an intention to intimidate and cause the investigation to be interfered with.

Following a trial at Reading Crown Court, Rosalia’s client was acquitted of the single count of witness intimidation.
