Rosalia Myttas-Perris succeeds in appeal against conviction.

Rosalia recently succeeded in overturning the conviction of her client at Snaresbrook Crown Court.

Rosalia’s client had originally been convicted of common assault in the magistrates’ court and was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.

In the appeal at the Crown Court, her client relied upon self-defence. Following Rosalia's efforts, her clients conviction was quashed.
