Rosalia Myttas-Perris successfully defends nurse charged with dishonesty and misconduct .

Rosalia was representing a nurse facing multiple charges of misconduct, including three dishonesty charges. During the NMC Fitness to Practice Hearing, Rosalia made a successful submission of No Case to Answer in respect of one charge of misconduct and one associated dishonesty charge.

Rosalia’s successful application came after oral and written evidence, including the cross examination of witnesses. As a result of Rosalia’s careful interrogation of the evidence, the panel found that the NMC had been unable to prove any of the contested charges.
