Rosalia Myttas-Perris's client acquitted following trial.

Rosalia’s client was acquitted of handling stolen goods following a trial at Southwark Crown Court.

Rosalia emphasised the central issue of her client’s subjective knowledge and belief, demonstrating to the jury that the defendant neither knew or believed that the items were stolen.

After a brief retirement, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.

Rosalia was instructed by Phoebe Coleman of Sonn Macmillan Walker.
