Rosalia’s client acquitted of sexual assault and exposure against a child.

Rosalia was instructed to represent a former teacher who had been accused of sexual touching of a child and exposure in a public toilet. The defendant accepted being in the toilet but denied the two counts of sexual assault and exposure.

Following a trial under the section 28 procedure, Rosalia’s client was acquitted unanimously by the jury who deliberated for just under an hour.
