Tasmin Malcolm secures acquittal in drugs case.

Tasmin Malcolm, instructed by Becky Gay of Lansbury Worthington Solicitors, has secured an acquittal following a 10 day trial at Isleworth Crown Court.

Tasmin's client was accused of possession over 3kg of 'skunk' cannabis with intent to supply. He was also accused of possessing £29,000 in cash which the prosecution said was criminal property, the proceeds of crime. The drugs and cash had been seized from a car in which Tasmin's client was the passenger.

Following Tasmin's efforts, the client was unanimously found not guilty by the jury, who took less than an hour to reach their decision.
