Unanimous acquittal for Tasmin Malcolm in historic abuse allegation.

Tasmin Malcolm secured a unanimous acquittal following a 5 day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court in respect of three counts of indecent assault, dating as far back as 1996. The client, a man of good character, was accused of indecent assaults on a family member and thoroughly denied the allegations. Tasmin was able to draw out the various inconsistencies in the accounts given by the Complainant resulting in a speedy acquittal by the jury.
